Please allow 5-7 days for shipping. When your fairy house arrives, cut open both sides (not the top and bottom).  Open both sides and let peanuts fall out and handle the fairy house by putting your hands under 2 fairy house wood slices that they sit on. Or handle by the wood branches the fairy houses sit on. You can also handle from the bottom wood slice the entire fairy village sits on. Be very careful not to handle by the spiral staircases. Let the magic begin!!

  • Kindly send us an email of any problem with your fairy house upon arrival.
  • Please return within 14 days.
  • State of fairy house should be in original condition.
  • Please let us know the reason for return (damaged or wrong product)
  • Please make sure you are able to track your return. 
  • Refund will post to your account within 5 days of received return.
